@creativeeurope.bsky.social shows what happens when culture has a dedicated route into EU funding. Cooperation becomes possible. Mobility becomes possible. Cross-border circulation becomes possible. It's not a perfect or sufficient model, but it proves that naming & funding culture changes access.
