Penny Parker: The original article.

Bonnie Reilly: The Jackal made clone who dyed her hair and moved away and operates as the Scarlet Spider~

"Penny Parker" Otto: After losing her body to Otto Octavius he continued her work as The Superior Spider-Woman.

Lillith (Kaine): The unbalanced mentally and physically clone of Penny Parker created by the Jackal, briefly an illusive foe who murdered her enemies.

Lillith (Scarlet Spider): After Bonnie Reilly's death and her own genetic sequence being rebalanced Lillith decided to continue her deceased sister's work and honour her name.

Eileen Tolliver: After Otto returned Penny's body to her and dubbed her the true Superior Spider-Woman, an alternate timeline version of himself felt his original timeline self must've been mistaken, and cloned a perfect new body for himself and operated independently with a whole new identity.
