I went to the cinema over Christmas. It was called the housemaid and was a fun thriller. However the whole event for two incl popcorn was €40.. for an afternoon show. I prefer watching films at the cinema instead of at home but for me it’s not affordable

To read #Cork City Council's statement this afternoon one would be forgiven to think that this is about 1 tree. The council has removed what was once public green space gradually over 15 years or so. Such poor mismanagement that they have now 'lost' a whole mini-parklet.

Where I work from what I can gauge the vast majority are voting for HH as apparently CC is “scruffy” and apparently HH was great for pensioners(?). HH stance on animal welfare was enough to ensure I would never vote for her.

I was listening to Newstalk this morning. Three people on the panel but not one speaking up for Cc. One wanted us to vote for Jim Gavin as a protest vote. Mairead mcguiness was for HH. I have no idea who the third guy was but there was no mention of the other candidate. It was bizarre

Heather showed her colours when in government. I’m personally voting For CC but was very surprised when the discussion came up in work during week. Of the group of five , three were voting for HH as CC looks “scruffy”.
