Final piece of wibbles advice: Go find something to distract yourself with. Draw that fan art you’ve been meaning to get to. Go watch that anime. Start reading that comic or manga. Start working on your backlog. Whatever it is, just find something. Doom scrolling will only hurt you mentally.
