If you find yourself in St. Joseph, MI you could do a *lot* worse than Silver Harbor Brewing Company. This one s tier Toastbusters “French toast milk stout.” Nicely balanced classic style with a very controlled maple/cinnamon note.

This seems to be all the rage. I did the full 148 question version. It’s not a huge surprise and “feels” right. Funny that they’re calling it a “New Mexico” dialect when I’ve spent less than 24 hours in the state.
