Mightily impressive time! 👏

Was probably our best player today too. It all went downhill after he got sent off. Harshest yellow cards I've seen in quite some time. Hopefully we bounce back midweek. 🤞

Inflatable bananas. No doubt bought & paid for by the UAE owners. #LivCity

Definitely! They're not even being subtle about their mission. 😂

They betrayed me! 😂 I went & bought the exact same pair. These one's haven't tried to kill me though, so the Idea of a curse doesn't sound so wild to me. Not exactly brand new either now.

It's odd, but not uncommon 😂 Thank you! 😅 That was back in 2020. Almost fell down stairs. That was it for me. Had to make a change. 🫠

Not worth the risk. Sensible decision. 🙂 A shame though, as they were new. Mine were pretty old, I think it was a sign to get a new pair! 😅

They look innocent enough. Hopefully it's just a matter of getting comfortable in them. I had a pair of sliders/flip flops that tried to kill me on multiple occasions, I had to get rid of them. It was either them or me. 😂

Same! Always at the worst times too 😂 it's like they don't even have the idea of messaging ahead of time. 😒 Probably going to be either Monday or Tuesday now. Hopefully I haven't lost too much momentum. Might help with my slower run though. 😅

No run today. 👎 Unexpected visit from the family 😒 no, it was good to see them. 😂 The wait continues for a relaxed run. 🙄

Thank you! It was a close call. 😅 Too close!

I was so relieved! I've had these earphones for a good while & I'm not a fan of newer ones, so I'm very thankful. 😅

Realised when I had been home about an hour that my earphones were missing. I contacted Uber to check if I had left them in the car I was in earlier. And luckily the driver called to let me know that he had found them. He even dropped them off. Thanks buddy! 👍

You'll be fine! 😁 😂 To be honest, so am I. I'll try my hardest to keep it at slower pace.

🤣 I'll send half my speed. If that's too much, you might have to watch your step! 🫣🫠😂 I'm looking to get another run in tomorrow, maybe a relaxed one for once. 👀😂

I'm in the same boat, didn't think I'd be a runner at all. Wouldn't have it any other way now though. Hey, I could learn a thing or two from running "slow and sensible". 😂

Managed a bicep workout today & my diet has been very clean. Time for a movie, but what to watch? 🤔 (Up until this week, it had been over a year since I had watched a movie that wasn't in the cinema. 🤯)

You're a motivational runner! 😂

It really was! I thought I wasn't one to miss my phone too much, but a week was a lot. 😂 Thank you, it's good to be back. 😁

Oh no, the mistakes are contagious! 🤣

You know what, let's pretend it was. 😂 Because they definitely will be!

When goods that good, running definitely helps! 🤣

🤯👏 that's incredible! Well done!

Sometimes you just have to look at how far you've come. I use the progress I see of you & others on here as motivation. You're all so consistent, it keeps pushing me! 😂 I hope it continues to go well for you! 🤞

Unstoppable! BTW, that food looks ridiculously good! 😋
