Oh no... its a pole! When I see a pole pocket, I ask if someone is aware of what it is. Then I tell them what it is if they don't, explain what it did, how it worked, and why it was ultimately phased out. An interesting footnote on railway lore.

The Northwest Railway Museum. They typically operate on Saturdays and Sundays, between Snoqualmie Falls and Northwest. Checkout there special excursions on their site at TrainMuseum.org. Most trains are volunteer-operated. (I recommend sitting in the front two coaches)

This is a fair response; I enjoy it, but I do find it difficult to remember the previous chapter after 1-2 years. I recommend giving it another chance after Ch7 releases in the future. While each chapter is enjoyable on its own, they're better connected or back-to-back.

Thats a realy cool idea! I had a thought once to shrink down a Lego model and 3d print it onto a chassis. But, for proper scale it was going to be rather large... wouldn't mind trying it again sometime.

If any of my followers are planning a trip to Japan, I highly recommend bringing a parasol! Especially from July to October, the sun is incredibly strong and it's extremely hot! A parasol with high heat-shielding properties is a must-have for sightseeing!

A Douglas squirrel munching on a seed cone. It is balanced on a thin branch. It is a dark brown with an orange-hued belly. This species is known for being very vocal and yelling/squeaking endlessly at anyone it perceives as a threat or a trespasser, so it is unusual to have one calmly eating a snack with humans standing only a few feet below.

If not sold to another railway organization. The reason 15 was rebuilt was due to not fitting there needs. Honestly, converting to Thomas was possibly the best thing for it. They can attract new people and inspire excitement in new train fans.

While I've only been there once, it's sad to see it being shortened/removed. Safety, I understand. Sucks though. And gates wouldn't be realistic in that area for the space. Besides, they'd likely ignore them. Talking from experience, sometimes I think people are just stupid or atleast ignorant.

When I think of the scene from High Tides (specifically the Danger them), while Frank's/Eddie's face stays the same, but I envision a shocked or scared face on them when they say "Its the Goods Train!" I get budget restraints, but I wish they had more official faces for the two.

The entrance to Trail Youth Coffee, a non-profit that provides a third space for teenagers as well as other kinds of support for local youth. The glass door is broken with pieces all over the entryway. They are currently fundraising to replace the broken glass.
