I would hope if it was simply a bored or mentally unwell president, the 🇺🇸 would have robust enough institutions to stop the Mad King.
The reality is it isn’t 1 person! The world can see there is a very significant portion of 🇺🇸 that has embraced a predatory & belligerent posture towards the world.
