While I am still adamant that the writing for the entire last season of Stranger Things was hit really bad by the "second-monitor-mandate" for storytelling that netflix requires. With that said, the final parts of the last episode hits very hard. It was a very heartfelt send-off and I cried

Trans day of Remembrance is today... and I don't really know how to convey my feelings to everyone. I guess: I love everyone of you, stay safe and be who you are. Keep fostering awareness and communities around you. Be seen and be heard. Love that is shared is felt. ❤️

who creates the lively art and music scenes if the rent is too high? who makes cultural life? who serves you food or washes your dishes? who creates the fancy little restaurants that draw you to urban living? affordable housing is at the heart of what makes city life worthwhile.

I tweet: "people who see 50% of their monthly paycheck go to rent don't care if a candidate eats with their hands. they want to hear what your candidate is going to do about housing."

John Galt 2025 replies: "Move if the cost of living is too high."

I think the most frustrating thing is that most of these men complain about a gendered loneliness crisis but then perpetuate toxic masculine behaviour that leads to increased loneliness.

Beauty and the Beast but it's a trans allegory about a toxic man embracing his feminine side and finding out their true gender? Anyone?

Just watched a theater adaptation of Beauty and the Beast and they thought it fitting to add a song about Belle abandoning her dreams because she's in love now. 🙃

Fuck those people! Your shows are genuinely the funniest and most consistently high quality content I watch. I think your viewer retention and the fact that people have stuck with you for so long is very telling. Fuck homophobes, they suck as an audience anyway

Reminiscing on old pains and mistakes today. Feeling that mixture of regret and pain that comes from being misunderstood in a deciding moment and having a plea become a decision you didn't feel ready for. From losing love that might already have been lost

I found this video by @rationalityrules.bsky.social informative about what Charlie Kirk stood for. It's essentially just 13 minutes of Charlie himself explaining his views, but I am not sure most Europeans understand the nature of religious fundamentalism in the US.

Trans rights are not the rights of a tiny minority, trans rights are everyone’s rights to self-determination, control of our bodies, and a society where opportunity and aesthetics are not restricted by sex assigned at birth You should support and defend trans people because trans people are people
