Stealing this from elsewhere because I want to ask an insanely offtopic question: Is this even an enforcable EULA? I am a "reasonable person", I read this, I see an unclickable hyperlink that tells me nothing in of itself. Is it "reasonable" to expect me to chase this further?

The Steam EULA for Minecraft Dungeons II (what happened to minecraft man, I'm glad I let my account rot) which just contains a URL for Minecraft's US EULA (which in of itself is a logical leap which might not pass legal muster, given the audience of children and possibly-tech-illiterate parents)

I was educated somewhat recently that a "reasonable person" would read every contract in full, and we are all considered "reasonable people" as users. (Hence, every EULA is "binding", whether you actually read it or not.) My question is, how far is reasonable? Is making someone jump through a hoop to read the T&Cs fair play?

Took ages, but finally figured out a build for hunting Hemocytes in a reasonable speed in #Warframe Broadly: Volt with Gloom to hold the boss and make charging incarnon easier. Pick up Volt's shield, and hold the trigger. Not instant, but works solo. Somewhat safe as enemies are slowed too.

My Volt build. My warframes are kitchen sinks and I build for comfort, so there's wriggle room.

Important stuff is on the left, mostly. Primed Vigor and Sure Footed are memes and optional. Rush is also optional, it's just there because it's there on the other two configs. Primed Flow kind of matters, but mine is equal to a regular flow, so. Arcane Energize and Archon Stretch + Shocking Speed are for energy economy, solve that riddle however you want.

Note I have TF shards for HP regen, HP boost, Energy prep, and equilibrium.

My Burston Prime Incarnon. Top row for crit, multishot, and raw damage. Bottom row for corrosion, a bane, and a free slot because I had 8 points left over.

I'm so glad #Warframe gave us a second slider to adjust the signa 50% of the reason I bought Mesa Heirloom was to put cowboy hat on Lavos, and here we are

Lavos Prime, with the deluxe skin in cowboy brown and brass and the Graxx helm, wearing the Mesa Heirloom hat, which previously refused to go anywhere near his head and only slid past it on a 45 degree angle, and made me cry a lot.

But now, thanks to a second slider that lets me move it on a second axis, the hat goes on the alchemist and the drip is complete.

Thanks to that Rotom George Foreman Grill post, I discovered Pokemon Ghost Grey, and as someone who doesn't generally do romhacks, I recommend it. Functionally, it's a total conversion mod, very little is untouched, and while a little edgy at times, given the current climate, grimly relevant.

The cover screen for Pokemon Ghost Grey. It's a Fire Red romhack, and done entirely in black and white. Morbidly fascinating.

Can confirm this still works, although it doesn't appear to at first - middle click a page on the steam store to get the browser, navigate to the Chrome extension, and "install". It'll ask to save the file, and then open actual Chrome if it's present. But in Steam: chrome://extensions/ ...

Lv 7 support changes the trajectory of your financial life in #Wardogs, man. I went in with 16k thanks to two lost truckloads of FOB kit in a previous match, I came out with 96k. Tidy little fort on the outskirts, shooting down choppers with the guided missile emplacement.

From my latest slop binge, Disastrous Necromancer, a story about a world where nobody knows or can guess what a necromancer is, and the most unremarkable Chinese man ever just pisses off two entire races constantly. At least people figure out who he is and stop trying to flex on him by like 100 chapters in.

Anyway, the stat box for his headless horseman skeleton cavalty summon at lv 70. I've drawn attention to the skill:

Skill: Killing Charge: charge at a speed of 3000 metres *per second* dealing damage equal to 5 gives your strength attribute to enemies along the way. Cooldown time: 1 minute.

The skeletons are exceptionally tough and punch above their weight, literally carrying this blank slate into the big leagues, but the author clearly didn't think through multiplying a number into this charge speed, see next image.

The speed of sound, for reference: 340.29 m/s (at sea level). Mach 1 = 1 speed of sound. QED, we have a skeleton on a horse that travels at just over mach 9 (3000 m/s). Shit does not like traveling at mach 9 through atmosphere. Which he is in, because he likes breathing and can still die if he dies twice in 10 minutes.

#BlueArchive CW: Abuse Possibly the darkest joke I've made in a long time, but I cannot resist.

A 5 panel comic; the first four I assume is Blue Archive Toki's birthday-exclusive dialogue when interacted with, which someone else (@fqts.bsky.social) posted: "As today's main heroine, I will request a very reasonable gift for this day. It is... love and attention."

Listening to the dark urge within me, I've added a fifth panel, the very well drawn "Shinji throwing a bottle at Asuka" MS Paint meme, and replaced Shinji with an angry version of the sensei drawing, and crudely superimposed Toki's head onto Asuka's body, which has been also crudely recolored to match Toki. (But it's still orientated the wrong way so it looks weird as hell.) Toki is in pain with her eyes crudely depicted as closed and a shitty blood stain effect on her head. The bottle has been replaced with a pyroxene or whatever the fuck the currency is in Blue Archive.

Look, the punchline is domestic violence, and the humor is about as dark as it gets. This is a fiction on two levels; first, Toki doesn't real. Second, if she was real, I think the Kivotos girls are canonically tough enough that you could smash a CRT TV over their heads and they'll walk it off, so:
don't take this too seriously,
don't throw bottles at your loved ones,
and if you've been the victim of such, that's rough but rather beyond the scope of a stranger internet to resolve.

New @vivaldi.com mobile update gave me a real scare, hid my tabs from me and made me think they were all gone. Was actually just the navigation bar going missing and only coming back if the tab bar was visible. Toggle it off and on again and it comes back.

From Vivaldi Mobile, the Appearance and Theme settings menu. "Show navigation bar" is the naughty little setting I wanted - despite already being set to "on", the bar was not visible unless I enabled the tab bar as well. (Set elsewhere)

Turn it off and on again. Same as it ever was!

JapaneseGuyScreamingMeme.divx I was hype for the #Warframe update in general, but these QoL changes are giving me [Iron Skin]

From the changelog, the entry about camera position setting. We can finally move the camera slightly to the side or further back so we can actually see where we're aiming on the more hench warframes, or if we're using wide shoulder attachments. (Which always, without fail, only barely eclipse the reticle)

From the changelog, about being able to drag-to-swap color channels. No more remembering exactly which color I had from which palette and manually setting them!

From the changelog: we can now mute the launcher. I have long awaited this because, while some of the tracks have been bangers (Hi Koumei update) they're at maximum volume which is relatively loud on my system

I got back into Hitman properly, thouroughly running through levels to explore them and complete challenges. Sniper suit only on Colorado is nuts, I'm not even sure exactly how I did it, usually after three kills, you're surrounded.

Six minutes into the mission. I'm suit only at the top of the water tower, with 3/4 kills done. You can see 10 millitiamen all aiming *directly* at the tower. If I move anywere past that corrugated iron, I get seen.

What you *can't* see in the screenshot, because I couldn't take screenshots while using focus mode, is *every other soldier on the map* also on the roof, posted up and waiting to see a glint of bald to blow it even smoother off.

That one basketball dunking meme, except I've overlapped the off model zaku as the celebrating one, given the dunker a red zaku helmet, and put a gundam head on one of the dunkees. I have very crudely photoshopped out extra limbs and given the zaku a second hand that was not visible in the original model photo. 10,000 hours in MS paint.

I can only take the image source's vague description as one of the overlapped players being Lebron James, but I don't know anything about basketballers so IDK if he's been replaced with the green or red zaku.

As mentioned, my gundam game is weak, so I have no idea if I got the "right" gundam head in the background. I don't care, Amuro, I'm doing something extremely wicked

An unknown manga where a girl has collapsed on a sidewalk crying. Whatever the girl's crying about has been replaced with "I'm a fucking brainlet". I saved this as it was used as a reaction image at some point.
