because i was digging through my tumblr, here's some older inbloodwerise.thecomicseries.com fanart! In Blood We Rise is by @captainmera.bsky.social 🙌 #webcomics

one small drawing of theo from the webcomic in blood we rise, looking up at 5 different drawings of oliver with love and excitement. the five different olivers are: a muppet looking one who says: "one. ha. two. ah ah." like the count from sesame street. one chibi one where he's just sort of looking off into space. one bust where he is looking surprised at something. another bust where he has his hand on his chin and is looking up dreamily, thinking: "what if i like... died." and one small oliver walking along thinking: "i just have to get through today and the next and the next and th-" his thoughts are cut off there.

a drawing of oliver and theo from the webcomic in blood we rise, looking at each other and blushing, looking goofy.

a drawing of theo from the webcomic in blood we rise, laying in bed, thinking about oliver. the oliver in his thoughts looks like a gremlin and is saying: "be urself". there's hearts around him.

a drawing of theo and oliver from the webcomic in blood we rise. theo is looking at oliver skeptically. oliver is leaning over in a definitely sultry way and saying: "i'm VERY normal and boring, i'm definitely not haunted by my past in a very literal way, where i have to fight it with a cross and bible, haha"
