I don't know about other folks but... I have an Apple Watch series 8, which is 45mm. I think series 10 changed the size to 46mm. Since then interactions on my watch, such as trying to tap an app icon at the top, don't quite work almost like it thinks the display is 46mm.

So I am guilty of trying to do too many things at the same time with AI and missing a lot of slop. Things that when I go back over it a little later, in a targeted way, it's like woah... I did not see this. Not that the code was doing something bad, so much of it was pointless. It's embarrassing.

Claude produces overly verbose and often confusing documentation. Please clean up stuff before you pass that off to other humans. Not an endorsement for other LLM's. I know gpt can tend to be quite terse and my guess is it would do the same with docs which is still the same problem.

Old rule of thumb: new tech must be 10x the status quo to catch on. Hyperlight: "How about 200x?" This revolutionizes anything needing: * hardware isolation (security), and * ultra-fast startup times (performance-sensitive / massively scalable, on-demand functions). Agentic AI workflows? What else?

Do yourself a favor: make your own whipped cream. So much better than store-bought. Ridiculously simple, especially if you have a stand mixer (but hand mixer is also simple). Heavy cream. Powdered sugar (taste as you go). Pinch of salt (+ MSG if you have it) Vanilla Whip it. Whip it good.

Ah, so Andy Weir is like... *dumb* dumb gizmodo.com/andy-weir-st...
“I dislike social commentary. Like… I really hate it. When I’m reading a book, I just want to be entertained, not preached at by the author. Plus, it ruins the wonder of the story if I know the author has a political or social axe to grind. I no longer speculate about all possible outcomes of the story because I know for a fact that the universe of that book will conspire to ensure that the author’s political agenda is validated. I hate that,” Weir said. “I put no politics or social commentary into my stories at all. Anyone who thinks they see something like that is reading it in on their own. I have no point to make, and I’m not trying to affect the reader’s opinion on anything. My sole job is to entertain, and I stick to that.”

“For instance, as a lifelong Star Trek fan, it’s always bothered me that there is a presumed ‘responsibility’ within Star Trek shows to talk about social issues,” the writer added. “I just want to watch Romulans and the Federation shoot at each other.”
