Govt minister Josh MacAlister claims unemployed young people are paid with PIP to be out of work. Except PIP isn't an out of work benefit, plenty of people who receive PIP are in work & PIP enables them to do that. Josh knows this. What hes doing is whipping up anger towards disabled people.

The right have already advocated for legal changes to biological sex being considered binary. This is where the EHRC guidance has come from. We are just opposing the guidance in favour of a more trans inclusive framework within the current legislation.

Being autistic I care deeply about fairness and justice so when laws and rules aren’t applied fairly it causes me anger. That and being a socialist who hates the British state. Thank you for taking to the time to educate me on this matter btw!

I’m not an expert on the but it does seem like this has the potential to go to the supreme court. The judiciary should not be telling people what they can and can’t say in their defence. It seems since Brexit courts are cherry picking EHCR legislation to benefit the state.

I think we would be better off cutting them off from the mains, revoking there access to uk services such as the nhs and revoking there uk passports. We will see if they have a serious plan for independence or if this is just more right wing and see if housing some asylum seekers seems so bad
