I'm really glad I said "fuck no" to trying the low FODMAP elimination diet. It would've made me miserable and I would've learned nothing. Turns out the answer is corn. Eating corn ruins my stomach, except straight from the cob for whatever reason.

I made the mistake turning on the radio going to daycare. MPR had a detailed segment on where the Renee Good murder investigation is, and it was a gut punch, a stitches ripped moment. It took everything I had to not sob on the highway, my 4yo asking questions about what was said. It's all so fucked

My experience watching a friend's divorce has radicalized me. There are so many ways a spouse can ruin your life. I'm not sure what the legal solution is, because it seems multifaceted but... We should ban people under 25 from getting married without an incredibly arduous legal battle.
