Did you know Qld has a target of reducing road deaths by 50% on 2022 numbers by 2031? 2025 was the worst in the past decade (307) and we're 5 ahead so far in 2026. 43% of 2026 road deaths were pedestrians, cyclists, motorcyclists and escooter riders. QLD is failing. Worse, not even trying.

A year ago I was in Italy, and really surprised by how fun, safe and comfortable cycling was in Rome and Florence. I went with my son to Piazzale Michelangelo in Florence where the views were simply stunning.
