One of the black gooey tendrils, bulging in several places and carrying something inside, is reaching down into her girldick. Her balls have expanded out quite large into udderballs, covered in the gooey black substance, with four teats protruding out from them. One of the teats, her top right (or top left to the viewer) her hand wrapped around it and has a little tentacle coming out of it. Barely visible, since it's behind her, her arm has a tattoo of circuit-like patterns. Her feet have turned into hooves, and she has a tail laying across the floor coming around the left side of her. The eyeball has ominous text eminating from it, assumed to be some kind of psychic communication, saying "That's it, thrall. Let my seed flow into yours. You will make a fine breeder.".
