Radio, What’s New? Written for @jayvikbigbang.bsky.social The first THREE chapters of my RBB fic are out now! huge thank you to lex @sandskillart.bsky.social for this absolutely amazing prompt and the beautiful art they created for it :) tags, rating, and link below!

After being commissioned by the Council to write a report on an underground Zaunish radio station revealing political secrets, journalist Jayce Talis grapples with his own morality, his job, and how to hold onto both at once.

He may or may not also want to hold the silky voice and genius brain behind the operation, as well.

Tasked with writing a piece on an underground radio station that seems to know more than it should, Piltover journalist Jayce has to make some tough decisions when he finds out the truth. Join writer @cowboykath.bsky.social and artist @sandskillart.bsky.social for this AU!

"Excerpt from: The Eye - Encrypted Station
Transcribed by: Jayce Talis - Journalist for the Piltover Gazette

“. . . Yes, dear listeners, the grandiose, ballroom-crawling big wigs of the topside have once again struck down a proposal that planned to better the lives of what they consider to be society's most pitiful. Today, just past noon, the proposal for air purification throughout different stations of the lanes was rejected two-to-five on account of a lack of funds. Later that day, they agreed to honor a former enforcer, who retired this previous year, in the form of a giant, hand-crafted and commissioned statue. Seems like a lack of funds is not something they consider, when it comes to gaudy pieces of self-righteousness. But who am I? Just your Herald…”"

silly older doodle. if i had a nickel for every pair of codependent gay scientists i've been a fan of i'd have two nickels etc #jayvik #bunsenbeaker #arcane

bunsen and beaker from the muppets redrawn to look like jayce and viktor from arcane respectively. they peek out from behind a doorframe, presumably to "act natural", while the hexcore on a table behind them glows blue and throws lightning into the air.
