Iran never signed the treaty that stated that they would need to allow ships to pass without toll. The actual law is much more nuanced and is debated. Meanwhile, what is clear in the law is that bombing elementary schools and hospitals are war crimes. But we allowed Netanyahu to fly over Canada.

We can ban him from our airspace. Slovenia does have an active airspace ban. Prior to carney, Netanyahu was reported taking more elusive routes to avoid Canadian airspace. But since Carney, he has been flying over Canadian airspace. Netanyahu also avoids Spain, Ireland, and UK airspace.

Canada has been protecting US and Israel. We’ve been releasing statements calling US-Israeli war crimes ‘self-defense’ while calling actual ‘self-defense’ ‘unprovoked attacks’. In order to support the ICC, we should actually try to follow international law instead of just talking abt it.

Canada does not represent the free world at all. It’s a lie. We are still sending weapons to Israel. An MP was demoted from the governing party for voting for a bill that supported closing the loophole that allows us to send arms to Israel. Carney declared the US-Israel attack as ‘self-defense’.
