I also began, but haven't finished, a handful of smaller projects, and I'm cooking up some others for the new years! This profile will probably continue to be dormant - If you're interested in my work, come follow me on my other dev account, @kobadesu.itch.io ! Merry xmas & Happy New Years! 🎊

We did not do any of these this year! In fact, I basically stopped development on Roblox entirely. What did I do this year instead? - Learned GB Studio - Did practice a bit more with BlockBench, but not as much as I would have liked - Rediscovered and relearned and fell back in love with Godot 1/

Some BTS on a project I was cooking up, but is now under some heavy reworks including character models and map design. Expect to see updates on this, hopefully, in the coming months! #Roblox #RobloxDev

A character stands in the middle of a medieval plaza. The screen is filled with template GUI's that contain placeholder text. The GUI elements include a health and stamina bar for the player, a list for the player's current buffs, a list for the players' party members and their health, an empty minimap, and a custom chat.

A player is standing in a plaza, and has a new GUI ring that surrounds their character. On the ring are some floating icons and arrows which point to various areas on the map, such as a blacksmith, alchemy store, inn, and more.

A group of example characters sit around a campfire during a night scene. To the right of the screen is a GUI that reads "Select a Character", followed by a list of example character entries, with each stating the characters name, class, and level. At the bottom are two smaller buttons which read, in order, "New Character" and "Delete Character".

A couple of fun facts! - This project was made before I rebranded this creator account to be known as "Courier" - This project featured multiple custom systems including chat, client-only maps, and more! - I had to shelf the project specifically due to RopeConstraints not displaying inside VPF's.

Courier @courierstandard.bsky.social · 26/11/2024

Posting something a bit different today — Here's a scrapped project from around mid-2022 that I was working on called "Boxxies!". It was going to be reminiscent of old #ClubPenguin and other late 00's to mid 10's web-based kids games! Unfortunately I had to shelf it due to ViewportFrame constraints.

A character creator featuring a blue cube with round hands and feet. Text reads "Create your Boxxy!", followed by options for eyes and mouths.

A "Boxxy" person standing in front of a large building that has a sign which reads "Town Hall". It also features a large clock which tells the current UTC time.

A "Boxxy" person chatting. Its speech bubble reads "Hello Talent Hub!". The image also features a custom chat history window, which has text that reads, in order: "Welcome to Boxxies, Helvetica!", "You are now at: Town Center", "Game Administrator Helvetica: Hello Talent Hub!"

A "Boxxy" person standing on a dock looking out over a large body of water. Behind them is a beach and a grassy field with multiple palm trees.

Pro tip for doing professional work: Sign contracts and be strict on payment times. Always hold people accountable. Chance are if someone delays payment multiple times they're not a professional and you should immediately terminate the contract, don't put up with that BS.
