Two of these are how humans document a real business process. One is how you take a turn in D&D. Which is which? Riga, Saturday, AI Connect: what three years of getting AI to run D&D taught me about enterprise AI. aiconnect.lv?utm_source=c...
Three dense process flowcharts side by side, each a maze of boxes, arrows and decision diamonds. The left one, in pastel greens and pinks, is a Dungeons & Dragons combat turn — move, action, bonus action, roll to hit, deal damage. The middle one, in blues and reds, is contract formation: offer, acceptance, consideration. The right one, in oranges and yellows with swim lanes for different officials, is the procedure for checking in a voter at a polling place.

I'm often told infrastructure people don't care about developers and platforms. But whatever your developers build above your infrastructure is a platform and they'll soon flit away from it, and now for you it's: not my mistake, and now my problem. Full talk: www.youtube.com/watch?v=wSiP...

Success is rare in new projects, so 50%+ failure in AI projects isn't too shocking. Learning takes time, and expectations are often wrong. cote.io/2026/05/29/f...

Orgs frequently underestimate the complexity, budget, and time required to build an IDP. While initial estimates might focus solely on labor, real-world "all-in" costs over a 3-to-5-year period can balloon to between $80 and $120 million. Full discussion: www.youtube.com/live/4ocETiO...
