People always put our zoo down too. I bet most of them haven’t been to ours in years and other than Louisville or St. Louis probably never been to another. I’ve been to a lot of zoos, and for our size/budget we have a really decent zoo. People just love hating.

I feel so spoiled growing up with 3 Carnegies and Willard. Not only libraries but beautiful buildings. I haven’t been in West or Henderson in years, but East is so well taken care of inside.

I’m from Evansville, In and Cards are the heavy fave. You’ll find a few Reds fans towards Kentucky. Then because of TBS and WGN you’ll always find Braves and Cubbies. Also half the town is Yankees secondary fans because Don Mattingly, some now maybe rooting for Phils.

So I’m from Henderson County and moved to Haynie’s Corner in 2015. Then moved to Ravenswood in 2017, and I’ll be here until I get the family home or die probably.

It’s right off covert as well and past the cemetery just a bit. But it was an immaculate home. Bob was in commercial real estate for years and his family was Harp’s pets as well.

Oh shit! I’m near Covert and Lodge! So they lived on the other side of Green River rd. They built a house in maybe 60s or 70s when they moved here. Not sure they address, I only was there once. In 2012ish they relocated to Sutherland. That’s the very high end homes that sit on top of each other.

There’s a house, well duplex but one family in the whole thing, on Covert and Henning. They have 10+ outdoor cats they feed and care for. Occasionally puts out signs that read, “Slow Down! Cat Community.” Rough and rowdy folks, but they take care of cats so they all good in my book.

His normal caretakers named him Shady, but my neighbor and I called him Wayne and he came. So he’s technically Shady Wayne, but comes to any of the combinations. He has 4/5 adopted families and we all over feed and spoil his ass.

This week I’m giving a tour of The Peters-Margedant House to someone who grew up in a Frank Lloyd Wright Usonian. Pretty excited to see what similarities he sees between 25 years of design and advancement. Also I usually give the stories, I think I’ll get to listen this time.
