I've had so many cats over the years... my favourites were always the black ones. Being loved by them is a matter of privilege... I don't think they actually "need" us... they "choose" to be with us. And that is pretty cool.

I prefer a slice that is so thick that it holds up under its own weight. If I order 6 toppings, I want a pizza 6X as thick (I used to get this back in the '80s)... today, 6 toppings means a "variety" of toppings, but less of each so the weight is the same. It should fly into the wind if you sneeze

Try melting some cheese on the pancakes before adding fruit. Fruit and dairy pair so nice together. 😀 This works on pasta too (which some might think crazy). German Mennonite Wereneki is like a large ravioli stuffed with fruit and/or cheese, and topped with a butter/cream sauce. It's amazing. 😀

Looks great to me. 😀 I've never been a "syrup" guy when it comes to pancakes/waffles/crepes/french-toast. Fruit (and melted cheese) for the win. 🤘 Also, where I come from 🇨🇦, we pour savoury gravy on our fried-chicken & waffles. I almost gagged when I saw a video of someone pouring syrup on that. 😖

A friend and I were bent on seeing Ozzy back in the day... but my uber-religious dad forbid it (I was about 13yo)... I would have been grounded for a year. 😖 Shortly afterwards, Randy Rhoads died. 😔 If I had just been a few years older, I could/would have told my dad to go F himself. 😆

Doh! 😖 Something similar happened to me when I had Pink Floyd tickets - I crashed my motorcycle and wound up in the hospital. 😖 Not life-threatening injuries, but tore half the ligaments in my one knee. Helluva show to miss... but at least we dodged the ol' Reaper. 🤘
