One of the things that has been bringing me a lot of joy lately is my new listening set up. It’s still a work in progress but I love how it’s coming together! Going to be staining the console soon & I’ve got my eye out for some vintage speakers to match the 70s Yamaha receiver and Sansui turntable

as a guy who really struggles with dating since getting sober it hits me different. It isn’t easy to find people who are supportive and want to have fun with someone learning how to do that in a new way sober. If you get the chance to be that for a sober guy, I hope you take it 🫶.

it’s impossible to describe what this album means to me. kc’s own jake ryan (who was drumming for the chariot at the time) had gotten a burned early copy a couple weeks before it dropped, which found its way to me. and instantly i was in love. don’t worry i bought it multiple times since.

bright eyes obviously has multiple albums near and dear to my heart. but there was something about the time of my life when cassadaga came out that made it extra special. i got to see conor play through the album live on the original tour and wore this cd out in my car.
