I very much dislike the proliferation of AI, but can appreciate these. I don't know too much of John Candy nor his movies aside from the cameo in Home Alone. Rush is one of Canada's greatest exports but I do like Lester B. Pearson in theory. Leslie Nielsen should, frankly, replace Robert Borden.

I remember the days when Halloween candy was cheaper. This is on sale from $25.99. Maybe it's not a horrible price considering the per item cost of the chocolates but general inflation and the cost of CEO salaries, just makes this sting.

Started reading this book. I've had it on my shelf for nearly 10 years so it predates AI becoming mainstream and companies trying to shove it into everything. But damn if that opener doesn't feel accurate.
