That series regulator/rectifier ratfucked off a seadoo is the same bolt pattern as the cheapo shunt R/R, but it’s a wee bit longer. Made an ugly bracket with random aluminum stock to rotate it and it clears the starter and carb fine. Need to paint it and grab a shorter bolt though

The aforementioned new to me regulator/rectifier almost free floating between all the other engine components

Got the head back on and valves set. Clutch is back in, which was a handful even with stopping to fab a tool to help, but it wooorks! And it’s super smooth! Now I just need to put the left side of the crank case back on and put the rest of the bike back together

Got the cylinder head off, valves and seals are good. The sleeve and piston head look fine, so I think we’re all good besides.. cleaning the rest of the gross out. Currently flushing all the choccy milk out of the oil cooler
