After a bit of hunting, I finally got my hands on the leaked draft of Cregger's new RESIDENT EVIL movie. It is...interesting. A lot of potential. It could be massaged into something really, really good. But it needs a lot of work to be anything but a "squint and you'll see it" adaptation of the IP.

An instant, 5 star masterpiece, up there with the likes of Safe Haven, Ratmaa, and Stork. BELIEVE THE HYPE!

It's both very much Silent Hill, and very much not...sort of like how The Room was, and wasn't a Silent Hill game. Monsignor Fulci's immortal classic THE BEYOND...is, I must somewhat shamefully admit, my LEAST favorite of his rotting canon. It's fucking GREAT but I honestly think City of the Living Dead clears it in the "Gates of Hell" trilogy and Zombi and House are just more fun? I await your volley of stones!

Some hand-drawn/computer-colored logos I did for Fantaco a few years back. The Screaming Horror logo got used, the Legends/Dead logo did NOT get used (and the book never came out!), and a different logo for Hunger ended up making the grade. Still, these were fun. Might use those for something else.

Two album covers I was obsessed with in my youth, foreshadowing my eventual obsessions with both EVIL ERNIE and DEADWORLD.

Here we have the wraparound painted artwork for the IRON MAIDEN album "Live After Death", with iconic band mascot Eddie bursting from a grave in a crumbling graveyard; lightning strikes his forehead, as it does the city in the far off distance, that we can only imagine Ed will be visiting soon enough.

The wraparound painted cover, by the immortal Vince Locke, for the CANNIBAL CORPSE album "Eaten Back To Life", featuring a bug-eyed, rotting ghoul ripping himself open and devouring his own entrails, whilst strolling through a cemetery littered with human remains arranged in ritualistic fashion, against an ever darkening dusk sky.
