I had not heard anyone find a drug more expensive on costplusdrugs, but bound to happen. In addition, not all drugs are available on costplusdrugs. So they are not the end all solution, but they do show that a solution is possible.

I believe that is what costplusdrugs.com does. Of course, I am sure that they are making a profit along the way, but if they can reduce my drug from $1900/month to $32/month and still make a profit, I am okay that. Now if we can do that with all other aspects of healthcare.

I had similar experience. My medical oncologist prescribed Abiraterone, but my insurance denied it. Out of pocket, it was ~$1900 per month. Through costplusdrugs.com, it was less than $40 per month; less than my co-pay would have been had insurance approved it. Thanks @mcuban.bsky.social
