My rule for an online business dashboard: every metric should inform a decision. If course sales drop, was it fewer page visits or fewer purchases per visit? A revenue total tells you something changed. That breakdown tells you where to investigate.

My standard for AI marketing copy: sharpen the promise, don’t inflate it. If a rewrite turns “draft a welcome email” into “transform your business,” reject it. Name the task your product helps with and the limits. Persuasive copy shouldn’t require customers to decode what they’re actually buying.
