Thing is, you can only use elections to hold politicians accountable if you're willing to let them lose and either vote for someone that represents you, or abstain altogether. If you're voting for the lesser evil, you're not demanding accountability. You're enabling fascism.

Some people are so hopelessly naive that they pose a danger to others. This includes those that side with giant corporations, think that the police exist to protect us, see the US empire as the "good guys," have infinite faith in the system, and believe that voting is the only agency we have.

You all know that you don't have to agree with everything written by revolutionary leaders, right? It's there to be a guide, not a road map. The US in the 2020s is not Russia in the 1910s or China in the 1920s. There's an archive of theory from the 1970s onward explaining why other movements failed.
