Not really. I work from home and don't wear diapers around clients or on the rare occasions that I do have to go in person. my general rule is "don't make it weird". and I don't wear where there is significant risk of problems if someone noticed. for most people it's just not their business.

I am definitely more sensitive than I used to be. Honestly it only takes a little wiggling or buzzing to spurt. Often less than a few mins. Especially if I've gone a while without touching. Actually direct touching is almost "too much" stimulation. IDk if it's physical or psychological

1. I use about 2-3 diapers a day 2. I probably spend $200 CAD per month on diapers between me and my partner Note. I don't wear truly "24/7" but I do wear diapers every day and almost all of the time. 3. Yes I unlock once a day to shower. I generally clean the cage itself once a week.

Yes... but MORE, MORE, MORE. You can layer them really thick, and get cloth boosters to make them just so beyond what disposables can achieve. ( I know it doesn't do it for everyone but I like to spread the cloth diaper love around)

may I suggest , a cloth diaper and plastic pants (or an all-in-one) on top. it helps catch stuff that goes around the padding of the disposable, and also makes it THICK
