This isn't true. If you search Age Regression you'll be met with Lokko et al, which is highly uncited and uses resources on regression and makes claims out of nowhere and similarly "Voluntary headspace" makes similar issues and has no follow-up. The truth is we simply don't know.

Door dasher accidentally dropped off two orders, mine and someone else’s and a minute later he knocked on the door again to reclaim the order and I answer… dressed like a whole toddler in my morning diaper and jammies and my security blankie and accidentally told him “I get it!” And scampered off.😔

Going 24/7 has wrecked my potty training, for 15 years I had a 5 minute warning, I had urgency incontinence, but I always made it to the potty. I tried holding it today and after 2 months of 24/7, that number has been shaved down to only minute before it happens. 😵‍💫
