Not if. They don’t need to be linked. I am ok with more adults only spaces even if there aren’t more kids friendly places. These days it seems everywhere has defaulted to kid friendly as parents bring their kids anywhere even if they shouldn’t (like bars)

If you’re unable to remember a basic user and password, maybe don’t opt into paperless as you admitted you did? Everything these days has online accounts. Also, as a SCE customer myself, the emails they send show the amount due in the body. You don’t have to login to see that. Why make stuff up??
