it’s so so bad 💀 make sure you’re drinking water all day whether you feel thirsty or not and cold showers/soaking your feet in cold water always helps a bit for me. same with a cold damp cloth on the back of my neck/head. alsO recently got a cooling blanket which helps take the edge off a bit

PSA: Bluesky's new auto-tagging moderation stuff is a disaster. Disable it. Go into Settings on the Bluesky site and enable adult content and set everything to Warn at most, which makes posts opt-in. Hide just vanishes posts. Then go into Advanced/Bluesky Mod Service and do the same on everything.
