Lots of looking ahead today to what the benefits cuts will mean for people affected, for poverty rates, for the fiscal position. I've found myself thinking back to some research we at @moneyandmentalhealth.org did in 2018, as well as the 2015 summer budget... Today the Financial Conduct Authority published its review of firms’ treatment of customers in vulnerable circumstances.
