Have you ever looked at a protein structure and wondered... What am I even looking at?
To help navigate, I wrote a PyMOL plugin that automatically identifies and labels protein chains.
It leverages the 𝗦𝗜𝗙𝗧𝗦 𝗺𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗴 (from UniProt and PDBe) to colour and label protein chains by their UniProt IDs.
