Asbestos mining may have stalled in the Zimbabwean towns of Zvishavane and Mashava, but the health consequences haven’t. Toxic tailings blow and bleed into communities, and bring with them diseases, including asbestosis, lung cancer, and mesothelioma. From @confrontpower.bsky.social.
