This week's guide: creating your own feeds. Today's method is by account orientation. List is the easiest way to group certain accounts by a topic and view them for feeds. This method doesn't need an external server to curate (e.g. keywords-based).

Fill in the details. The hardest part is coming with a title that suits "Feeds" and "List" sections. It can be tricky.

Head over to the "About" section and start adding relevant users. Once done, press the "Pin to Home" for attaching the list into the Feeds.

Position the feeds inside "Feeds" section to your desire.

Bluesky recently updated the UI. The settings are now located inside "Chat" section (look for section settings - see screenshot).

Look for section settings inside "Chat" section.

Select "No One" to prevent offering DM service to anyone. Existing chat conversation is still working unless you quit the conversation.

Adjust this settings in interim when you want someone to DM you.

Hi Starfye! They recently made an update to the interface. You can find it inside the "Chat" section (See screenshot).

Look for the section settings inside the "Chat" section.

Select "No One" option. Note that existing DM is still there unless you exit the conversation.

2 weeks checking in for peanut - fast growth. Interim adding support stick until they can self-supporting themselves. Soil addition added since they somewhat "pushes" the soil away as they grow. Interesting finding.

Self-supported plant. New soil layer added.

A common query: "Mute or Block"? Depends on your mental strength & context. Your well-being first. "Mute" is my 1st choice since it's an intrinsic filter and I dislike sending any response to the attacker. "Block" is a declaration of "war". Mine usually is "Report" with a PDF of solid evidences.

To mute an account, look for the "more options" button and select the "Mute Account" inside it.

I finally got the chance to plant peanut live at my lab here after years of searching. They're are fast growing and soil enriching plant. FYI, most peanut seeds in the mart are cooked. It's rare to find raw ones here and the farmers are reluctant to give. Stay tune for more research data. Cheers!

Hey y'all. Bluesky has a way to disable the private DM chat via its settings. For those who doesn't like the DM, You can check these screenshot on how to do so. It won't affect the existing on-going conversation. Well, you can also turn it on/off anytime. Cheers! Happy Blue-skying.

First, go to the "Settings" on the panel and select "Chat Settings"

Your file will have the chat DM disabled then.

Morning y'all. Wow, you have no idea how difficult to get these #genAI #AI images for #koi #fishes in a #fountain #pond. It had successfully proven that current AI really failed to perform contextual content (water physics, fish anatomy, basic nature) etc. I'll post some of the failures tomorrow.
