As students and ESOL providers chatted and mingled, it became clear how important these forums are. Students got a rare opportunity to ask for tailored help and providers took time to listen to students. That chance for focused feedback is rare and we'll be looking to host another event soon!

Great to hear from Peter Laing, director of The Renewal Programme. He made the point, echoed by others, that any community support needs boots on the ground. During the covid pandemic larger organisations began to recognise this and value the work of small charities and organisations.
