Tbh reg is one thing were I don't see an easy possibility for improvement, splitting reg locations would not help with reg speed at all, just cut one large fast queue into multiple smaller, slower ones. Mailing is probably not an option, since they need to verify age and id.

For the suiter lounge, I don't think it sharing the same hall with event spaces is a very good idea, especially in the evenings the suiter lounge was filled with thick fog, and the unfiltered loud music made it hard to just calm down a little there

Yeah, the Queue lines going through the whole con space were often very annoying, especially if you were trying to get somewhere like the fursuit lounge that was next doors to the DD

Hm, I've then apparently picked the right time for the DD on Saturday Noon, I hadn't had to wait for too much. I'm not sure if a bigger Dealers Den will help with DD crowding, cause some booths were more crowded than others. If we get a bigger DD next year, those booths will be even more crowded.

Klar, aber das Deutschlandticket kauft keiner, der mal spontan ÖPNV nutzt, da das Deutschlandticket ja das Abbomodell hat, rechzeitig gekündigt werden müsste, etc. Ein einfacher, flexibler Tarif für Spontanreisende wie auch z.B. Touristen würde hier auch noch eine Lücke füllen

In Sachen Rad+Bahn wäre evtl auch noch eine Förderinitiative zum Bau an (wettergeschützten!) Fahrradabstellmöglichkeiten an Bahnhöfen nützlich, denn die Fahrradmitnahme im Zug ist gerade in der Hauptverkehrszeit oft nicht möglich

Ich fände es auch super, wenn es neben dem Deutschlandticket als Flatrate auch einen Deutschland-Tarif geben würde, der das spontane Nutzen von ÖPNV ermöglicht, ohne davor ein Studium der Verkehrsverbünde vorrauszusetzen :D
