Technically, next is the mostly delisted Resident Evil multiplayer games, but the next mainline game would be RE5. I'd do Survivor if enough people wanted it

I got to see #ResidentEvil today in theaters, and it completely blew me away. Definitely go see it, the less you know about it the better! #capcom #movies #gaming

Right now we have Pragmata, every inFamous game, and a few others that are all in production simultaneously, so we're actually planning on a season of episodes in a way

Not the most interesting Direct for me today, but we were totally spoiled by Zelda yesterday, so I'm fine with it. I'll always be pumped about new Metroid and Kirby

youtu.be/70n109OiqX4 I watched the Zelda 40th Anniversary Direct earlier today. Needless to say, I am beyond excited. Not so sure about the smartphone achievements/challenges, but we'll just have to wait and see

Probably the original Metal Gear since Twin Snakes already exists, and Metal Gear Solid is already sort of a remake of Metal Gear 2 on MSX?

I had to buy PSN Gift Cards to spend on the PS3 to buy it, but its also playable on PS Plus. I was going to complete it there, but achievements are bugged. We're hoping to have the episode on Infamous 2 and Festival of Blood (the DLC) sometime in the next couple weeks before the Store shuts down.

I think it makes sense that digital sales are much higher than physical for a myriad of reasons -- instant gratification for digital + lower access to physical being chief among them -- but it's obvious that the big dogs aren't interested in actually making this better for anyone

Publishers eschewing physical in favor of digital is about cutting their costs and offloading them onto the consumer. Take a look at how most AAA games are over 100GB in size, pair that up with rising SSD costs, and it's clear: It's not the pub's problem anymore, it's yours.

Infamous 2 and 1 have User Generated Levels that get shut down in 3 weeks, and I wanted to at least complete the second game before the cutoff point, but even just getting the game with all of its DLC was a challenge, and highlights the problems that await us in the all-digital future.

It's a remake for sure, but the story is a lot grittier if you read the holoviewer logs, plus the multiplayer is way different? I think it would be a reboot if the story mode was changed more significantly

I woke up one morning with the level name 'Himalaylien Invasion' in my head, it tickled me... That's the only reason this level exists. A scary amount of my game dev work has the same origin, including the new logo! 🦇 (As usual, ignore the Ape Escape placeholder tunes)

It's not really a feature I see anyone talk about, but Game Chat and Game Share on NS2 are super functional and work perfectly. Compared to Remote Play on PS5, it's extremely smooth with good latency. If a friend of yours doesn't have Star Fox, it's a fantastic option that works shockingly well.

The Completionist @completionist.bsky.social · 10/07/2026

I might not touch on it in the video, but I ended up using the Game Share and Co-Op a ton to help complete this game. One player steering while the other shoots with the mouse honestly made a lot of the challenges a lot easier, and it was just damn fun.

just gonna leave this here oooooone more time. Sony is as much a part of this video as Microsoft, and the entire story is basically that Sony gets anti-consumer whenever they're on top, and every new console generation is a new fight. Xbox is hungry, and you bet your ass they're gonna go for blood

Nintendo are far from a perfect company but man I can't take the hate they get seriously when everyone else is killing what I love about games. The people that make them and the tangibility that makes them more than data on a drive. It's never been so dire and they feel like all the hope remaining

youtu.be/44Vgtow2RGA Xbox is DEAD... or is it? With the console price hikes, impending layoffs, the disastrous Series X/S marketing, it's hard to see how Xbox could ever make a comeback, but as always, it's far more complicated than it seems. Stick around and find out how!

It makes perfect sense, but I gotta wonder who this is for? Steam users definitely already have a PC at least on par with the performance, and console players aren't going to spend this kind of money on worse performance. We can only hope the price might come down later but that's wishful thinking
