Planned easy beef mince curry for the weekend. I’ll give some of the Bombay Ducks a go, although I’m not too sure my eyesight is up to prepping them. I can but try. I was going to do a coconut chicken curry, but not really into chicken recently.

Nothing left to do today except stay awake to take meds. Toes are painful, that will teach me to cut my nails… I know why dogs get cross about it now. So listening to Phillip Marlowe which is irritating me because the incidental music is far louder than the play.

Nice shower, I gave up waiting for the postie. RM has to figure out that giving an 10 hr delivery window, isn’t really what the client wants. All the water seems to have helped me today, even though I probably only got 3 hrs sleep. Catching up on all my free audiobooks. Most are shit, the odd gem.

Poor Cat-cat, he gets so scared if I reach for my grabby-stick or back scratcher. 😿 He must have been badly abused at some point. Why do people do that? Was it a footballer or some other arsehole “celeb” that was filmed literally kicking his cat around, last year? The law is so weak to prevent it.

With a lot of ibuprofen which handles the majority of the work… that’s the reason I’m so pissed with these doctors not following my kidney function closely. I watched my first wife and a ward full of renal patients die from renal failure, it’s a shitty way to die.

Dihydrocodiene, and when that started the drs pushed me on an ever increasing spiral of meds, ending on oxycodone and fentanyl patches. It was ridiculous, each step INCREASED my pain. I eventually got it down to just these tramadol that don’t do a great deal and a few co-dydramol tablets. I top up

The same person I’ve just been talking about went through a period like this, she just didn’t absorb her meds properly. (Mostly psych meds in her case). Drs fucked around and couldn’t find any reason except guesswork. Then it just sorted itself out. 🤷🏻‍♂️ I had this issue with a previous painkiller

What the hell is up with me now? I’m obviously not absorbing my painkillers this evening, I’m twitching like a junkie. That explains the whole body ache and maybe my unresponsive blood sugar if I’m not absorbing those meds properly either. Jesus, I’m sick of this shit.

Yeah. I can see that. I’m not anti sex workers either. I’ve known some irl who were good people, just got into what seemed an easy life. One of my longest online friendships is with an ex sex worker.
