Kyle is my space baby. Anyone who tries to come take him out on a date is going to be threatened with a phaser rifle if he hurts Kyle.

Oh, I love Primus, even though he ended up kinda small for a Titan. He's rather easy to transform, but you do need something to replace the key holder thing that goes into that circular hole on top. Then it's a matter of just push it forward.

That's nicer than many hotel showers. If I don't have to slump to have water on the top of my head, it's a good thing 😁

I'm guessing since you didn't give him your number, he wasn't your type 🤣

#Halloween26 For today, it's Silver Bullet from 1985, a small town werewolf tale starring Corey Haim and Gary Bussey, in what I'd call some of their best acting. It's a fun movie from a Stephen King story that is ultimately about family.

That's all they had back then at the nearby Spirit Halloween

That one is just a lot of fun. My mom and I loved Elvira

Hegseth said he doesn't want weirdos and beardos. That describes these three

I've got one of those somewhere. I have a watch mount for it so it was like an early apple watch.

Yup, I've loved this since I was 10! This and Salem's Lot are the ones I always have to watch

Commodore Joseph Great Vampire Killer @commodorable.bsky.social · 03/10/2026

Yeah, there's a chance it might hit 100 here in Vegas next week. That's just wrong in October

They felt a spark as their hands touched ever so slightly. From then on, there was an unspoken bond beyond love.

The murder was also said to be the reason why the second movie didn't get a real theatrical distribution.

Commodore Joseph Great Vampire Killer @commodorable.bsky.social · 03/10/2026

Yup, this one has been on my Halloween rotation for 40 years

Supposedly, a Roddy McDowell really wanted to do a 3rd, and he arranged a meeting with himself, the writer Tom Holland, and the studio head, Jose Menendez. Menendez and his wife were shot by their sons, Lyle and Erik, putting an end to the possibility of McDowell reprising Peter Vincent

I remember the direct to video sequel, Fright Night Part 2, very fondly. It wasn't as great as the original, but it had its charms, especially the vampire coven led by Regine Dandridge, Jerry's sister who has come seeking revenge, and the non-binary roller skating vampire Belle.

Frank Langella was the first to make Dracula sexy, and Chris Sarandon continued that with his Jerry Dandridge

The scene where the Vampire Jerry Dandridge, played by Chris Sarandon, turns Evil Ed, played by Stephen Geoffreys, is super gay, down to Jerry telling Ed he knows what it's like to be "different." Geoffreys went on to star in gay porn under the name Sam Ritter.

For the 3rd #Halloween26 movie, it's Fright Night from 1985, my all time favorite horror movie. This has everything: it's definitely scary, with a villain who's both sexy and horrific, it borrows generously from others, and there's gay subtext for days.

Yeah it was definitely a sleeper that snuck up out of the blue. I saw it after Picard season 3

Awww, what the hell? Lack of availability?! They should have figured that one was going to be popular since that's the Janeway look that makes everyone pansexual

Today for #Halloween26, I'll switch to werewolves with Howl (2015), starring Picard's Ed Speleers as a train conductor on a red eye. He's trying to protect passengers as the train is stuck in the forest with a pack of werewolves.

#Halloween26 I've been looking forward to October this year since last year to do a rewatch of Sinners. It was mesmerizing; between the music, the cast, and the story of an Irish vampire who was colonized coming to colonize a black juke joint for their music

That’s my favorite musical. I’ve always loved Robert Preston

You too guys… I found a lump in my breast as a teenager way before transition! 🩵

A blue and pink ribbon on a blue background that reads male breast cancer. It also states that the third week in October is Male breast cancer awareness week.

Because of this episode, I hated Saul’s character on Frasier who almost married Daphne 🤣
