Submitted this drawing to the fire department. Maybe our last document before our October 13 zoning meeting. Combination rooftop and carport solar power plant. Offsets vehicle fuel, heating, cooling, and electrical needs of hte structure. Cool 200 kW power plant in an industral park. ;-)

300 meters (not including blades) is the height of the Eiffel Tower (not including antennas)... So, yes - Eiffel Tower scale ! I cycle by the Eiffel Tower daily, and I struggle to wrap my mind around wind turbine having become that tall.

The amount of illegal dumping is immense! At least once at every construction site where we place trash containers - we get dumping. Tires, appliances, etc - and that's what we catch because we get special charges!

Northeast-New England every state has a unique market with different rules for financial modeling, interconnection, and everything else. Massachusetts itself is a complex enough market. Rhode Island has nuances I’m still figuring out, but it’s simpler than MA. New Hampshire we’re starting to get.

I happen to think within this 'problem' is one of the greatest EV charging opportunities for apartment dweller. Giving EVs the ability to drive to a charger on its own after the driver parks, and in a queue with other local cars, will solve a lot of street level parking costs.
