Hey friends, I got bills and no income. If you want some transformers stickers I just added some new ones to my online shop. I've got new zines on there too, if that's the kinda thing you're interested in.

"Hellblauer Yoshi" goes hard.

For reference, I'm used to her being naked aside from whatever the Witchblade covers, so you can understand my initial alarm.

I am not familiar with what Witchblade wears these days and I had to do QUITE the double take when I saw this one.

One of the menswear guys I follow has something like this in green and even as very much Not a Car Guy, I love it.

Listen, you can't stand between a queer man and a must-read!

They must've done a recent printing - the bookstore I went to had a TON of them.

Always a fan. One of your stickers is on the cover of my Kobo so I see it frequently ✌️

A Kobo e-reader with an orange sticker on the front.

Never seen this before - amazing stuff.

Oh wow - I've never seen this before. Incredible stuff.

No surprise here - I'm a huge fan of @danmembiela.bsky.social 's cartooning and I backed this as soon as I saw it was live.

Probably not surprising that Amazon clocked me as a well-groomed dork who’s obsessed with his dog. “Maintains steady Star Trek book acquisition” is the funniest part. Listen, I have a long commute!

Mattel, please fast-track a wave of Primal Force figures so that @mattbegins.bsky.social and I can stage new adventures for the team. I’ll even let Matt make his Nightman figure an honorary member.

Been reading comics for more than four decades and still get surprised by pages that make me gasp in awe, in delight. Thank you, @kondoh-akino.bsky.social; thank you, @glacierbaybooks.com. glacierbaybooks.com/product/box-...

Full-page spread from “The Ladybug’s Requiem,” a short comic in the Kondoh Akino collection, Box Garden Beetle, published by Glacier Bay Books. A girl has climbed up a utility pole with stylized constellations in the night sky above. This large panel is separated vertically from the next by a string of buttons. The girl is in the lower panel, with a cat. “That continued for many days until: “This is the last one.”

Might just be the pose plus the clear plastic thing they have holding her up?

It’s a tragedy of the whole thing that kids themselves are great! The system doesn’t have to be so awful but it is!

In my 30s and 40s I’ve seen lots of my peers become first-time parents and the better question is how anybody here has kids at all - if you purposely designed a country to make having kids as hard as possible, I’m not sure it would be worse for new parents than ours is.

150

And as people have noted, the big drop in childbirths over the past couple decades is basically that initiatives to halt teen pregnancies *worked* lmao

Anyway speaking as someone who will never have kids, does not want kids, and thinks the decision not to have kids is among the best he has ever made, I’ll just note that from the outside looking in, the United States purposely makes literally every aspect of childbirth and rearing a nightmare.

It’s kind of funny that a few years ago FT was routinely held up as like THEE remaining premium hard news source (befitting the fact that it’s expensive as hell) but even they can escape throwing Nazi chum in the water.

1110

Honestly surprised that this particular production is even able to afford them!

Blue Venom is my favorite Venom.

And he doesn’t really have any plausible deniability here because the entire production is nothing but red flags lol
