It's been 31°C here today which is already significantly cooler than yesterday (38°C). I feel insane hoping for 28°C or even 24°C (I am dying)

Techbros seem to love Tolkien, so here's an analogy to help you understand what genAI is. GenAI is The One Ring. You think your use is justified, b/c you don't have evil in your heart. But it came from evil, it is intended for evil purpose, & anything you do with it will be twisted to that end.

Boromir from THE LORD OF THE RINGS, holding The One Ring. He thought he could use it for good, but everything done with the ring turns to evil. He was one of the mightiest warriors of middle earth, and he could not resist its powers. Others even mightier fell to the ring. Do you think you are stronger than them? The One Ring is generative AI.

Husband and I went to watch the partial eclipse and saw an old lady in a hospital bed with oxygen tanks looking at the phenomenon with her caretaker and she was looking as amazed as the children next to her

QRP with your wing art!!! I don't have much wings art, but I do still love this one I did a while back which was some fan art of Altan Trengsin from R. F. Kuang's, "The Poppy War" trilogy. It is also, so far, my only dalliance with animation.

The Tsaritsa lools so pretty and Nod-Krai seemed to be really cool but Hoyoverse loves using gen AI...I'm really on the fence of hopping into Genshin again....

Thank you again for drawing my girl Ilene! The patience was absolutely worth it for this stunning piece! 🩵

We are sitting in a "quiet" train carriage. So tell me why this italian grandma is calling someone on speakerphone? And after I mustered up my courage to tell her and her son(?) that that is not allowed she keeps talking loudly with him? go sit in a different part of the train for fuck's sake!!

They offered to send it to me but at this point I just want my money back. I feel bad but luckily I didn't really order much, so I hope they'll be able to sell the things again!

I know I missed the original pick-up but I still paid for that stuff!

I told them I was in Berlin until 11 am (in one hour!) and they said they'd organise a pick-up between 10:30 and 11am. I have yet to receive any communication as they're not replying to me at all.

I'm annoyed. I bought merch from the person who organised the wol sticker exchange but couldn't make it to my pick-up time due to train delays. They understandibly didn't want to carry it to Fanfest so they said that organise a pick-up on Monday.
