One of these things is not like the others👀 Along our E Broad St demonstration project, there are hidden bike counters that will provide us with valuable insight as we continue to monitor the project. ZICLA came out to show our crews how to install them and how they work.

It's #FoodWastePreventionWeek! Columbus households waste up to $2,000 in food each year. By recycling food scraps, you can save money, enrich local soil and reduce the amount of waste sent to landfills. Small changes make a big difference for your wallet and for our planet.

Improvements to the Front St intersection generally did not adjust curb locations to focus improvements on the High St intersection where safety issues were identified. Front St mainly included signal improvements and coordination with the High St signal to prevent queuing though the intersection.

Slow speeds allow us to keep an eye out for Columbus kids and react faster to unpredictable movements. In a school zone, 20 is plenty. Thank you to @columbusdps crews for installing the infrastructure that gives us a physical reminder of the lives we all have a responsibility to protect.

Kinda chic. Kinda considerate. Kinda the whole vibe. ✨ Swipe for six ways to give your scooter or car ride main-character energy — helmet on, signs read, battery checked, pedestrians yielded to. Turns out you’ve had the “responsible rider and driver” look all along.

On a 2 or 3 lane road, drivers on BOTH SIDES of the road must stop when a bus is dropping off/picking up. Roads with 4+ lanes, drivers traveling the opposite direction of the bus don't have to stop. Yellow Lights on a bus mean drivers should prepare to stop, and STOP means STOP🛑
