Took me way longer than I'd like to admit to make this video of Eric Schmitt R-MO being utterly inept with Jack Smith as Katie Britt R-AL looks on

I stopped being disturbed after Jan 6th. They're a significant chunk of America and it's sad.

Star Wars Zero Company is awesome. So, we're going to play some more of it tonight. #StarWarsZeroCompany #StarWars #XCOM www.youtube.com/watch?v=fhd_...

I did! RMA'd the Intel chip. They were speedy. We're back in action! More ONI tonight.

ColorsFade Gaming @colorsfade.bsky.social · 05/08/2026

Appreciate you responding, but I believe I've narrowed this down to a faulty i9 13900k chipset. Trying to RMA now so I can get back to playing your wonderful game!

ColorsFade Gaming @colorsfade.bsky.social · 05/08/2026

It appears to be my cpu. One of the i9 13900k chips that were flawed. I've created a ticket with Intel in the hopes of a RMA.

ColorsFade Gaming @colorsfade.bsky.social · 04/08/2026

It appears my issues are related to my i9-13900k chipset. Ran memtest86 and memory came back green. Ran Cinebench23 and it crashed in the first 5 minutes. So... we're off to RMA.

I have this burning desire to start a new YouTube channel where all I do is interview other content creators. I'm a bit fascinated by how everyone else does it. How they got started, their tech setups, room setups, living situations, favorite games and genres, etc.

Tomorrow is one week being unemployed. At first was worried about finding a job as good as the one I had. Now I'm worried about finding ANY job. I'm clearly a person who needs work to feel any semblance of "normal." I hate being in this liminal space.

Nothing prepares you for getting laid off on a Friday after working at the same company for 16 years. Not fun.

My personal Elden Ring Walkthrough Excel File is nearly done. One of the final steps was figuring out how to defeat Melania. I'll be releasing the Excel sheet on Dropbox in the coming weeks. In the meantime, here's me finding a solution for Waterfowl Dance. www.youtube.com/watch?v=_p9t...

It's been a busy few weeks that's kept me from uploading any new content. Working very hard to woodshed all the tunes for Mamma Mia for the Civic Theater Production. But we found some time to start Kingdom Come Deliverance 2! www.youtube.com/watch?v=6Vj3...

If a Democrat ever gets elected again and says anything that sends FOX News into a tizzy, I want every news agency putting these tweets on blast everywhere. FOX and MAGA, you bitches never get to say another word about "tan suits" or anything else, ever again.

Solid colors, I love it. We have a lot of solids in our house. Nearly every room. Love that my wife is onboard with it. I hate white wall and pastels.

When I think about Open Worlds, I think about #EldenRing. Open Worlds have their flaws, but it seems to me that FromSoft did about as good a job as you can do. They adapted their game model (Souls) to this delivery mechanism and it works wonderfully.

The Shaded Castle is one of my favorite locations in #EldenRing. I think part of that is because of the wide variety of enemies, but the bigger reason is because of the lack of Sites of Grace. You really have to use all your tools to navigate it without returning to Grace.

Refunded Crimson Desert. TL;DR, it has too many flaws and it's onboarding is backwards. Feels like a game made by overly ambitious modders who don't understand the importance of solid systems design or good story. If you want the full explanation, it's on my Twitter profile: x.com/fade_colors/...
