I had to substitute two of the four cheddars, but hot dang it was good. I used a spicy Mexican cheddar where the recipe has horseradish cheddar, and have decided that I am a wise man. 000 0

It's the third burger I've made from the book, and so far it's 3/3 for good burgers. Not bad for a book based around background puns in an animated sitcom. 000 0
