hey, does anyone know what the deal is with the office building in Smithfield where moss is growing through the floor?

a view through an extremely grubby office window reveals a series of floor tiles lit by an LED strip through some sort of alcove in the room. patterns of moss, neither clearly geometric nor random, are coming up through the tiles. the lights are on but nobody's home. the office building appears to contain a sort of event space with tiered seating and a sign that says something like "DISRUPTIVE TECH INNOVATION"

the frustration, and where I think the rub would be for giving this to a non-technical crowd, is that you literally have to know what magic words to say for it to lock in and DO something. like "keep watch for updates on the festival's BlueSky" doesn't work, "use the BlueSky API" does?

bot completely fails to pull live information

when asked "investigate pulling the bluesky feed through apis, rss, whatever" the bot realises there's a public bluesky api, which it should have just discovered sooner

for the last few days I've been microdosing AI psychosis by using an instance of claude code with access to lineup data, weather, and to send and receive Telegram messages to plan out my schedule at Primavera Sound. on Thursday, the festival had major closures due to rain but the bot pulled through

The bot responding to queries about weather and the lineup with detailed information about what's on and how they fit into my schedule

for some reason if you ask google maps for directions to Sligo, it will tell you to first go to Sligo, but then to get a bus to Rockfield and walk 2.7 kilometers to a random field which is where Real Sligo is
