Imagine having the Yankees advantages, and John Fisher's willingness to invest in the program. That's been USF sports. Not just football, all of them. Elite athletes in football and baseball grow on trees here. We did zero to invest in getting them attend college at the local U.

You cannot need a win more than USF needed this win. Not sure it’s sustainable. Byrum can’t play 12 games as a quarterlinefullbacker, and the throws are really, really slow. But they’ve got some athletes, and this defense is miles above what was advertised.

Not sure if this is public because we hadn't heard this anywhere, but during our podcast taping with Alex Golesh at AAC media days he told us that the American Conference will go to football injury reporting in 2025. He said it will be released three hours before game time.

When we do the Paige Bueckers career retrospective, we've got to count every victory with the 2025 Dallas Wings team as at least three wins. This roster is an abomination outside of Arike, and somehow they're still 6-15. If Paige went down, we're looking at 2-38 at best.
